William Jr. Johnson

Mr. William Junior Johnson, age 82 of North Charleston, S.C.  passed away on Saturday, March 9th, 2024 at his residence.  Mr. Johnson was born in Conway, S.C., the son of the late William Sill Johnson, Sr. and the late Cleveland Leona Todd Johnson.  William was also predeceased by his wife, Hattie Rabon Johnson, sisters Shirley Lee Johnson, Mary Jane Johnson, Patricia Ann Stefanedis, and brother Michael Odell Johnson.

He is survived by his brothers Phillip Earl Johnson of Galivants Ferry, S.C., and Charles Dennis Johnson and his wife Debra of Archdale, N.C.  Also surviving is his son Dale Johnson of Trinity, N.C., daughter Tina Mechelle Latimore of High Point,  N.C., a granddaughter, 3 great-grandchildren, 7 nephews, 6 nieces, and special friends Charles Carlow and Wanda Hucks.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 21, 2024, at  Pleasant Union Baptist Church Cemetery, with Dean Connor officiating. 
The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the graveside.

Mr. Johnson is entrusted to the care of Kelvin F. Lewis, Funeral Director, and Lewis Crematory & Funeral Services of Myrtle Beach, SC.
