Tracy Blackmon

Mr. Tracy G. "Tata" Blackmon, age 37, of Latta, S.C., passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at McLeod Hospice House in Florence, S.C.

Tracy was born in Dillon, S.C., on August 17, 1988, the son of the late Chesley G. Blackmon, Jr. of Latta and Diane Hicks of Latta.

In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a daughter, Madison Blackmon.  He is survived by his mother, Diane Hicks of Latta, his sister, Stacy Blackmon of Dillon, and his brothers, Brian Blackmon and Charlie Blackmon, both of Latta, S.C. His children Mariah Blackmon, Alayna Blackmon, and Tracy Blackmon Jr. (TJ).  Also surviving are his special aunts, Linda Perritt and Vivian Caulder, and his fur babies, Boots and Shadow, whom he loved dearly.

A celebration of Life for Tracy G. "Tata" Blackmon will be held at a later date.

"He will wipe every tear from their eyes.  There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." Revelations 21:4
