Tom Ikner Obituary

Tom Lloyd Ikner, 71, was the husband of Hazel Stroud Ikner for 47 years. Lloyd passed on 07/20/2024 at home with his family by his side. Lloyd was born in Marion County SC.

He was the son of the late Tom Ikner and Alice Irene Brown Ikner. Lloyd was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He had a love of reading books and history. He enjoyed helping take care of the family farm. He worked in construction for many years. Surviving Lloyd in addition to his wife of the home is his daughter April Ikner Johnson (Larry Treadway), granddaughter Kaitlan Johnson, grandson Dylan Ikner, sister-in-law Emmogene Britt (Floyd), bother-in-law James T. Stroud (Lucinda), his brothers Felix Ikner, James Ikner, Chris Ikner, his sisters Gale Ikner, Tina O'Bannon and Irene Hendrickson. He is also survived by his fur baby Sienna. Lloyd was predeceased by a great-granddaughter Lillianne Rose Hardee, two brothers Adam Ikner, Jerry Ikner, and a sister Bonnie Ikner. As well as his fur baby of 14 years Brownie. Lloyd was a graduate of Mullins High School and Francis Marion University.

The Family would like to thank Agape Hospice of Myrtle Beach, his two nurses from Agape Tracie Spivey, and Kathy Heaton, and all the staff that helped in any way.
