In Loving Memory of Rebecca “Becky” Small
Rebecca “Becky” Small, 60, of Loris, South Carolina, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Born on November 21, 1965, Becky touched the lives of countless people through her kindness, generosity, and vibrant spirit.
She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, James Foley and Carolyn Foley, and her sister, Carol Foley.
Becky is survived by the father of her two children, Kenneth Small; her loving daughters, Brandi Warren and Meshia Hemphill (Charles); her treasured grandchildren, Dixie, Charlie, Jasper, Caroline, and Keyvie; her significant other, Randy Roberts; her sister, Mary Ellen Hilbourn (Steve); her niece, Heather Stanley; and many other family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
Becky never met a stranger. She had a gift for making everyone feel welcome, loved, and accepted. Her infectious laugh, outgoing personality, and caring heart made her the life of every gathering. Whether surrounded by family, friends, or someone she had just met, Becky brought joy wherever she went. Her presence could light up a room, and her memory will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew her.
While her family mourns her loss, they also celebrate a life well lived a life filled with love, laughter, resilience, and devotion to those she held dear. Becky’s spirit will live on through the many lives she touched and through the family she loved so deeply.
