Lisa Crumback-Veenstra Obituary

Celebrating the Life of Lisa, 1962-2026

With heavy hearts and profound admiration, we announce the peaceful passing of Lisa, who departed from this world while listening to the serene whispers of ocean waves in Myrtle Beach. She was born on December 18, 1962, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to loving parents Bernie Stuart and Patricia Taylor.

Lisa's journey through life was marked by her unwavering dedication to those around her. A devoted mother and grandmother, she cherished the time spent with her children, Amber Crumback (Matthew Brewer), Colten Crumback, and Jacob Crumback (Marissa Mena), who inherited her warmth and compassion. Her love knew no bounds, extending to her cherished grandchildren, Michael Scott, Nolan, Calvin, Lex, Sona, and Layla, each of whom held a special place in her heart.

Predeceased by her beloved father, Bernie Stuart, and her devoted husbands, Scott Crumback and Mel Veenstra, Lisa's enduring spirit lives on in the hearts of her surviving family. She is lovingly remembered by her mother, Patricia Taylor, and her siblings, Erin (Larry) Kuiphof, Doreen (Brian) Taylor, Larry Taylor, Clint Stuart, Adam Stuart, and Dolly Jachim. Her close friends, Darryl and Val, Stephie, and countless others, were touched by her genuine kindness and infectious laughter.

Lisa's professional life was a testament to her caring nature. She dedicated herself to the healthcare industry, where her skills as a listener and helper shone brightly. Her colleagues and patients alike were beneficiaries of her empathy and unwavering support.

Beyond her career, Lisa found joy in simple pleasures. She loved spending time with her grandchildren, going on vacations, and unwinding with her favorite shows. Known for her vivacious spirit, Lisa was a remarkable dancer in her youth and always carried herself with grace and beauty.

A celebration of Lisa's life will be held at a later date, where family and friends will gather to honor her legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to a charity of your choice, in her honor.

Lisa's life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and unwavering dedication. Her memory will forever be cherished by those who were fortunate enough to know her, and her legacy will continue to inspire acts of kindness and generosity.
