Jennifer Rebecca Grissett

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jennifer Rebecca Grissett, who left us too soon on August 8th, 2024. She passed at home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina surrounded by family. Born January 25th, 1974 in Loudon, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Gary Eugene Jones and Nancy Ann Cosner-Jones.

Jennifer was an avid collector of Oddities and Holiday decor. She loved and deeply appreciated Vintage Halloween, Batman, Aliens, and Rock Music. She loved her tattoos, her Hearse, and attending concerts and festivals. Her family will always remember her sense of humor, love for life, and incredible character as they all know she was definitely quite a character.

She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Lavern Grissett of Conway, South Carolina, her daughter, Kenya Synee Coman of Myrtle Beach, a son-in-law, Ioan Alexandru Coman of Moisei, Romania, Best friends, Brenda Nanni-Miller, Missy Aikens Queener, and a large extended family of loving cousins and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Gary Eugene Jones and Nancy Ann Cosner Jones, and a very special son, Sidney Bryant Grissett.

On Monday, August 12th, 2024 at 2 pm the family will have a final viewing for saying goodbyes and a time to share memories of Jennifer Rebecca Grissett.
