Ingeborg was born in Brandau, Germany (now known as Brandov, located in the Czech Republic).
Ingeborg, also known to some as “Linda,” has passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, honesty, and unforgettable strength. She was a devoted mother, grandmother (Oma), and great-grandmother who found her greatest joy in her family. Ingeborg spent much of her life working hard to make a better life for herself and her family. A role she carried out with pride and dedication.
She enjoyed dancing, gardening, traveling, and just having lots of fun. She was known for her strong spirit, sharp wit, and her forward, sometimes blunt nature--but always rooted in care and sincerity. Those who knew her appreciated her honesty, her humor, and the way she spoke her mind without hesitation.
Above all, Ingeborg had a BIG heart for those she loved. Her kindness, resilience, and deep devotion to her family will never be forgotten. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Ingeborg is survived by her four children: Manuela, Gabriele, Stefan, and Yvonne, and their spouses; five grandchildren: Danielle, Justin, Lauren, Katelyn, and Sarah; and three great-grandchildren: Xavier, Olivia, and Mila; all of whom were touched deeply by her unwavering love and presence.
Mrs. Gonzalez is entrusted to Kelvin F. Lewis, the funeral director, and the Lewis Crematory & Funeral Home staff of Myrtle Beach, SC. (843) 294-0011.
