Dina Galligan Obituary

Dina M. Callery-Galligan, aged 51, passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2026. She was born on February 18, 1974, in Boston, Massachusetts, to Dale A. Sarno and Robert B. Callery.

Dina grew up in the city of Boston and moved to New Hampshire, where she spent most of her life. She earned her degree in nursing at New Hampshire Technical College in Concord, NH. She spent her early nursing career at Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia and continued working in the healthcare field, as her passion was helping others. Additionally, Dina was the first employee of Mello Moose in Meredith, NH, with her dear friends Mark and Maureen Mello. Dina enjoyed spending her time with her loved ones and relaxing on the beach. Dina and her husband, Thomas Galligan Jr, “TJ”, moved to the warmer weather of Myrtle Beach, SC, where they are owners of Protech Automotive and Tire. You could most recently find Dina with her toes in the sand and a wine glass in hand.

Dina will be remembered as the brightest and loudest person in a room. Her laugh and love were infectious, no matter the situation at hand. She put others before herself and left her mark on everyone she met.

Dina was predeceased by her parents, Robert B. Callery and Dale A. Sarno.

Dina is survived by her husband, Thomas Galligan Jr. Besides her loving husband, Dina is survived by her children, Julianna Robertson, Genevieve Galligan, Michaela Robertson, Thomas Galligan III, and his wife, Pressley (Freeman). Dina was also adored by her brother, Robert Callery Jr., his wife, Brittnee Stoilov, and Dina’s niece Alexis Callery. She leaves to the family her trusty bulldog companion that followed in her shadow, Gustopher “Gus” Galligan, along with her favorite fur grandchildren, Elan, Maple, Angel, and Chonk.

At the family’s request, there will be no services at this time. A private memorial will be held by the family at a later date.

Mrs. Galligan is entrusted to Kelvin F. Lewis, the funeral director, and the Lewis Crematory & Funeral Home staff of Myrtle Beach, SC. (843) 294-0011.
