Danny Meusel, age 31, passed away surrounded by the love and memories of those who knew him.
Danny was devoted to his family and found joy in the simple things. He loved fishing, baseball, exploring, motorcycling, chatting about everything, and spending time near any body of water. He had an adventurous spirit and was drawn to people who were curious about the world. Whether searching for hidden treasures, spending time at sea, or trying something new, Danny was all in. He had many friends who shared his interests and outlook on life. Danny worked as a pawnbroker and had a passion for collecting coins, cards, and memorabilia.
He was intelligent and had an amazing knowledge of random facts; people naturally gravitated toward him. Danny built friendships and community wherever he went and made every get-together more fun just by being there. He will be remembered for his infectious smile, laid-back personality, kindness, generosity, humor, and unwavering support for the people he cared about. Danny had a way of making others feel welcome and understood, and his presence left a lasting impression on so many people.
Danny is survived by his loving mother, Doreen Meusel; his father, Robert Meusel; his sister, Gina Meusel; and his loving grandparents, Nancy Sheridan, Louise and Brian Gorman, and Raymond Meusel.
Though his life was far too short, Danny’s memory lives on in the laughter he created and the love he gave so freely. He will be DEEPLY missed and FOREVER remembered.
Mr. Meusel is entrusted to Kelvin F. Lewis, the funeral director, and the Lewis Crematory & Funeral Home staff of Myrtle Beach, SC. (843) 294-0011.
