Benjamin C. Lewis Sr. aged 68 passed peacefully on, Friday, April 5, 2024, in Conway, SC. Ben was born in Charlotte, NC on the 17th of October 1955. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Suzanne Lewis, son Benjamin Lewis II( wife Shanta Lewis, children Benjamin Lewis III, Alexander Lewis, and Shakira Lewis), daughter Elizabeth Lewis (children Stephanie Kiesser, PFC Austin Lewis of USMC, and Claudia Lewis), and daughter Savanna Stephens ( husband John Stephens, children Aubriegh Bullard, Wyatt Stephens, Dixie Stephen. Paternal Aunt Norma Faye Lewis. Ben was a SFC in the United States Army. After 18 years he was Honorably discharged. He spent the next 23 years in Pennsylvania raising his family. Ben was a keen train enthusiast and was an avid historian. He spent his last years in Conway, SC surrounded by his family.
